The current Production facilities are well equipped with all the advanced Machineries with the production capacity above 80,000 Pairs of Uppers & 50,000 Pairs of Safety Shoes & Boots every month. Being equipped with requisite infrastructure and strict adherence to high standards of production parameter, help us to produce finest quality of Industrial Footwear & Uppers. Tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, our safety footwear incorporates features like Standardised water penetration and absorption full-grain leather, 200J Impact resistant Steel, Composite & Fibreglass Toe caps, 1100N Perforation resistant reinforced Steel Mid-plates and Para Aramid In-soles, Oil and Slip Resistance Outsoles, all of which adhere to EN ISO 20345:2022 Standard.
LEATHER – Genuine leather produced in our own tanneries. We are committed to supporting responsible leather production around the world and are therefore a proud Gold Rated member of the Leather Working Group (LWG).
LINING - Inherent breathable, odor controlling, moisture wicking and Quick-Dry Anti-bacterial treated 3D Mesh linings as well as genuine leather lining.
TOE CAP - Safety Toe Caps with 200J Impact resistant are available in Stainless Steel, Composite & Fibreglass as per EN ISO 20345 standards
SOLE – BASF PU, Dual – Density Direct injection soles. These heavy duty Oil and Slip resistant soles are available in various functional and futuristic designs, customizable to ESD/Antistatic/Conductive, Di-Electric and Fire Retardant features.
